We are seeking a passionate, hardworking, and dedicated Commis Chef to support kitchen operations and assist in the preparation of high-quality dishes. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, work well under pressure, and maintain strong hygiene and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior chefs in food preparation and cooking tasks
Prepare ingredients such as chopping, cutting, and measuring
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients
Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards)
Support in daily kitchen operations and service preparation
Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies
