We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage and process employee salaries accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Maintain employee salary records, attendance, and leave data
Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and WPS requirements
Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and payments
Prepare payroll reports and documentation
Coordinate with HR and Finance departments
Maintain confidentiality of payroll information
