Property Network, a renowned Dubai real estate firm since 2002, is looking for a Telesales Agent to boost sales and lead generation. We have a skilled team, diverse experience, and a commitment to service excellence, consistently achieving remarkable sales results. The ideal candidate will thrive in phone-based lead generation, building customer relationships, and conveying property or service details effectively. The main goal is to contribute to the company’s growth by attracting customers and expanding the business.
Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
· Guide clients through the buying or selling process.
· Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
· Stay informed about the current real estate market trends, pricing, and property values.
· Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on properties and market conditions.
· Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our real estate services.
Skills:
· Active listening skills and excellent verbal communication and spoken English, any other language is a plus.
· Proven track record of meeting sales quotas, over the phone.
· Ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
· Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Comfortable using CRM software, phone systems, and other relevant sales tools.
· Persistent and resilient with a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
· Proven experience in Tele-sales, in the real estate industry.

Salary of AED 5000 plus commission structure.
