Role Overview:
As a Senior Recruiter, you will lead the charge in identifying, engaging, and placing high-caliber professionals. Drawing on your extensive experience in agency recruiting and executive search, you will leverage your network and industry knowledge to deliver outstanding results for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR teams
Gain a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives, culture, and talent requirements to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic insights and guidance to support clients in achieving their talent acquisition goals.
Talent Acquisition:
Utilize various sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, networking, and referrals, to identify top-tier candidates within the strategy industry.
Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, evaluating skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with client needs.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Market Insights:
Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities within the strategy sector.
Provide thought leadership and market insights to clients and candidates, positioning yourself as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in agency recruiting and executive search, with a focus on the professional services industry
Proven track record of successfully placing senior-level professionals within leading organizations.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the strategy sector.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, AIRS, etc.) are a plus.
