Responsibilities: As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in managing our financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading financial reporting processes, including preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
Providing insights and analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Utilizing your expertise in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) to support merger and acquisition activities, due diligence processes, and financial restructuring efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or ACCA qualification is preferred.
Minimum 3 year experience in Real Estate Development companies its a must.
Extensive experience in accounting roles, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
Proven experience in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), with a strong understanding of the processes and financial due diligence.
Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
