Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management:
– Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivables, and general ledger entries.
– Ensure accuracy and completeness in financial transactions and records.
2. VAT Compliance:
– Utilize in-depth knowledge of UAE VAT regulations to ensure compliance in all financial activities.
– Prepare and submit VAT returns accurately and within specified deadlines.
3. Reporting Skills:
– Generate timely and accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
– Develop and maintain professional reporting structures for effective communication.
4. Collaboration:
– Work closely with internal departments to collect and analyze financial data.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
5. Audit Support:
– Provide necessary support during internal and external audits.
– Ensure all financial records are audit-ready and maintain a high level of accuracy.
6. Software Proficiency:
– Utilize accounting software to manage financial transactions and maintain up-to-date records.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications and Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
– Proven experience in accounting, preferably within the medical or pharmaceutical sector.
– Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations and experience in their practical application.
– Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
– Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English preferred.
Salary and Benefits:
– Competitive salary ranging from 8,000 to 12,000 AED, depending on experience.
