We are on a lookout for Sales Specialist – Dubai Market who will play a critical role in expanding Agency Helix’s market presence in Dubai. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and results-driven professional with a deep understanding of the Dubai market and a passion for marketing.
What you will be doing:
· Identify and target potential clients in the Dubai market through market research, networking, and cold outreach
· Penetrate and saturate prospective and existing customer organizations for effective selling opportunities
· Implement go-to-market strategy to increase revenue and grow market share
· Prospect, educate, qualify and develop leads to create sales-ready opportunities
· Build relationships with potential clients through meetings, networking & cold calls and attending events
· Prepare & share contracting processes and agreements with potential clients
· Work on potential partnership and sponsorship opportunities
· Establish & Prepare weekly/ monthly call reports which includes the summary of the past activities, prospection and trends, and analyses competitor’s sales and promotion efforts, forecast for all sales activities & production/conversion figures
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
· Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the marketing or advertising industry, preferably within the Dubai market
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
· Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and content marketing
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
· UAE driving license is mandatory
