Job Description:
As a Sales Manager at Accord Real Estate, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. You will use your expertise in the Dubai real estate market to mentor and coach your team, develop sales strategies, and build strong relationships with clients and developers. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue.
Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to sales agents to help them achieve their full potential.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and developments to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of three years of experience in real estate sales in Dubai, with a proven track record of success.
Experience in leading a team of sales agents is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and off-plan properties.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Valid UAE driving license.
