We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with extensive experience in veterinary services especially in Pet Nutrition. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share with the assigned territory.
Identify and prioritize key accounts, including veterinary clinics, specialty pet stores, pet food retailers, and pet industry professionals to maximize sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and pet industry influencers to drive product adoption and brand loyalty.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes within the veterinary industry.
Plan and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase products, network potential clients, and stay updated on industry developments.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, providing insights, recommendations, and strategic direction for business growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, maintaining ethical standards and integrity in all business dealings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, Business Administration or related field.
Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience preferably in Veterinary, Pharmaceuticals or FMCG industry
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive business growth, and achieve sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of team in a fast-paced environment.
Must have UAE driver’s license
