We are seeking motivated and experienced Sales Consultants to join our team. We have multiple openings in the sales department. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients on property purchases, and closing sales deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai.
Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online marketing.
Assist clients in finding suitable properties that meet their needs and preferences.
Conduct property viewings and present properties to potential buyers.
Negotiate terms and prices with clients to close sales deals.
Provide clients with information on legal requirements, financing options, and market conditions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and property records.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and company goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a sales Consultant or in a similar sales role, preferably in real estate.
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and property laws.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and real estate CRM software.
Valid UAE driving license.
