Gulf Land Property Developers is currently seeking a highly skilled Receptionist / Administrator proficient in multiple languages, possessing a diverse set of administrative abilities.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth and efficient office environment.
Responsibilities:
∙ Operate the telephone switchboard promptly, answering, screening, and forwarding calls.
∙ Provide accurate information to callers and take messages as needed.
∙ Serve as the initial point of contact for visitors, maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanour.
∙ Guide guests to the appropriate personnel within the organization.
∙ Oversee and maintain cleanliness, ensuring a neat and organized workspace for optimal efficiency.
∙ Schedule and manage meeting rooms to facilitate organized and timely meetings.
∙ Ensure all necessary arrangements are in place for scheduled meetings.
∙ Handle broker requests.
∙ Channel and pass on broker requests to Senior Agent Relations for further action.
Qualifications:
∙ High school diploma or equivalent relevant work experience.
∙ Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in demanding situations.
∙ Excellent communication skills in multiple languages to effectively interact with diverse individuals.
