Responsibilities:
Represent clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
Conduct market research and develop marketing plans to attract buyers or tenants.
Showcase properties and negotiate agreements on behalf of clients.
Guide clients through property inspections, financing, and closing procedures.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals, staying updated on real estate laws and best practices.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of proven Experience as a real estate agent in Dubai.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, neighborhoods, and property values.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and dedicated to achieving sales goals.
