Role Description
This is a part time, remote role as a Real Estate Agent with Iconiq One Realty (Pvt) Ltd in the Middle East. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our global clients, actively seeking out and pursuing new business opportunities, and offering clients guidance and advice in their real estate transactions. The Real Estate Agent must have exceptional communication, sales, and negotiation skills and will be expected to work closely with other professionals in the real estate and related service industries.
Qualifications
At least 2-3 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent
Should be target driven
Proven track record of successful real estate sales and customer satisfaction
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, regulations, and best practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team and other professionals in the industry
Proficiency with industry tools and technologies and other data resources, and digital marketing platforms
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
