Real Estate Admin Required
We are seeking for an Admin / Receptionist to join our company.
Responsibilities
– Answer phone calls in proper manner.
– Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, RERA Forms etc).
– Accuracy, record keeping, document filing and practicing due diligence are the key parameters for this role.
– Maintain and update listings of available properties.
– will be a point of contact between tenant and landlord of the company properties for property management
– will liaise with agents and the managers.
– Familiar with WPS / Payroll and VAT filing
Requirement:
– Real Estate background is a MUST
– Preferably FEMALE.
– Freehold area expertise.
– Requires strong computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, Database Software, etc.)
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Familiar and knowledgeable with myCRM, Dubizzle, Propertyfinder, Bayut.
– Familiar with Trakheesi procedures
-knows how to prepare NOC for rentals and sales
– have basic accounting knowledge (petty cash, office expenses and payments)
– Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
