Marketing Executive Required in Dubai 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role requires creativity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Campaigns:
• Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and achieve KPIs.
2. Content Creation:
• Create compelling content for marketing materials such as brochures, blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure brand consistency.
3. Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor strategies.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
4. Digital Marketing:
• Manage the company’s online presence, including website updates and social media channels.
• Optimize SEO, PPC campaigns, & email marketing efforts to drive traffic and conversions.
5. Event Coordination:
• Assist in planning and organizing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
• Represent the company at events and network with potential customers/partners.
6. Reporting:
• Track and report on marketing activities, budgets, & ROI.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms, social media management tools).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, SEO, and PPC.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Creative thinking & problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in FMCG.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
