Title : SYSTEM ADMIN
Location : Dubai
Notice Period : Immediate – 30 days
Requirements:
· 3+ years of system administration experience
· In-depth knowledge of Mac OS and Windows operating systems
· Knowledge of server virtualization and virtual desktop technologies
· Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
· Solid understanding of internet technologies and concepts – DNS, TCP/UDP, HTTP, SMTP, FTP.
· Operational knowledge of router configuration
· Experience in securing networks and user workstations (laptops).
· Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance of computers and peripheral equipment.
· Understanding of procurement, inventory management
· English level – intermediate
Job Description:
· Create and support Company information security policy.
· Maintain internal infrastructure requirements, including laptop / desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, security updates, support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
· Manage user accounts, credentials, permissions, and access rights in accordance with best practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance. Active Directory administration
· Ensure proper security of user workstations (laptops), including user security policies and identity management. Performing regular security tests (user laptop) and security monitoring.
· Supports Gmail configuration and mailbox management, including email routing, spam filtering, and forensics
· Support IT inventory and procurement process of internal systems and software.
· Perform routine / scheduled audits of the systems, as well as all backups.
· Implement and support the internal service desk
· Provide technical support to the Team
· Supporting DevOps team
