The role:
Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring that systems and applications align with organizational needs.
Technology Vision: Contribute to strategic initiatives by providing technology insights and recommendations to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
IT Operations Management: Coordinate and manage all aspects of IT operations within the company.
Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain robust IT systems in line with strategic objectives.
Budget Management: Oversee the IT budget and resource allocation to ensure optimal use of financial and technological assets.
Technology Solutions: Identify and assess the company’s technology needs, recommending and implementing appropriate solutions.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the IT team, fostering their development and ensuring they stay current with industry advancements.
Digital Transformation: Drive digital transformation projects and system upgrades to modernize and enhance the company’s technological capabilities.
About you:
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in IT leadership roles, with a strong background in digital transformation and system upgrades.
Certifications: Relevant professional certifications in Information Technology.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AX365 technology, with proven experience in managing and developing this system.
Skills: Excellent strategic planning, project management, and budget management skills.
Team Development: Proven ability to lead and develop a technical team, with a focus on talent growth.
Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of emerging technology trends and their application in a business setting.
