Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located at Dubai, UAE. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, and ensuring legal compliance. The Human Resources Executive will also develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with the company’s goals and values.
Requirement:
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
3+Years of UAE experience as HR Executive/Manager/Specialist
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and develop teams
Experience in employee relations, recruitment, talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits
Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Experience in using HR management software
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus
