China State Construction Middle East is recruiting an HR Assistant (Female) to join the Corporate HR Dept in Dubai, UAE.
Position Summary:
Work as a point of contact between staffs & related Depts. for visa process (New Visa Applications, Visa Renewal, Visa cancellation, etc..), management of employment contracts, attendance, leaves and personnel files.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and send employment contract to selected candidates.
Collect employment and other personal documents for visa application process.
Coordinate with PR Dept & Typing Centers for processing of Entry Permit, Labor Contract, Visa and Emirates ID, etc..
Track and process timely renewals of employees visa before expiry date.
Maintain personnel files and database
Manage the attendance & staff leaves record.
Assist other team members in daily HR Operations
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in HR/Relevant Descipline
3+ years of relevant work experience
Familiar with UAE Employment Visa process would be a plus
