Job Description
We at LCRE are looking for a HR Specialist with a strong background in the Dubai real estate sector to join our team in Dubai. As an HR candidate you play a crucial role in managing the human resources functions and will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and experience in variety of HR functions you will be responsible for a variety of HR functions.
Responsibilities
* Recruitment and onboarding: Attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates; conducting interviews; and facilitating the onboarding process for new employees.
* Training and development: Identifying training needs, creating training materials, and coordinating employee development programs.
* Employee relations: Handling employee relations issues, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, and maintaining positive employee relations, Employee performance review.
* Benefits administration: Administering employee benefits programs, processing benefits enrollments, and assisting employees with benefits-related questions.
* Compliance: Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate employee records, and preparing reports as needed.
* Collaborate with management to address succession planning and talent development initiatives.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an HR Specialist in the Dubai real estate industry.More than 2yrs experience in Real Estate industry as an HR
* Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
* Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and regulations
* Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
* Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
* Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
