Job Description:
Rosenheim Luxury Properties is seeking an experienced Guest Relations Officer to join our Holiday Homes team. As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is seamless, enjoyable, and memorable. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.
Provide information about local attractions, amenities, and services.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and facilities are in top condition.
Maintain guest records and update reservation information in our booking system.
Anticipate guests’ needs and personalize their experience to exceed their expectations.
Respond to guest feedback and reviews in a timely and constructive manner.
Uphold the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and hospitality at all times.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of local attractions and amenities.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly.
Proficiency in MS Office and reservation management systems.
Familiarity with the DMTC laws
Experience with online Reservation systems (Booking.com & AirBnB)
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred.
