Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, tax filing and providing valuable insights to support business decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support financial planning.
Assist in preparation of VAT and corporate tax filing and submission, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.
Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring the company’s financial stability.
Reconcile bank statements and manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent certification is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly.
