We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead La Derma Medical Center team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and lead a team in medical centre, including doctors, nurses, receptionists and supporting staff.
2. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met or exceeded. Address customer feedback and complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction.
4. Revenue Management: Work closely with the finance department to achieve financial targets.
5. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance protocols to uphold the clinic’s reputation for excellence.
6. Marketing and Business Development: Explore opportunities for business growth and development.
7. Training and Development: Identify training needs for clinic staff and coordinate professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
– Proven experience in managing an aesthetic clinic or a similar healthcare facility.
– Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
– Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
– Excellent communication.
– Good knowledge of the aesthetic industry, trends, and procedures.
– Understanding of marketing principles and experience in implementing successful marketing strategies.
– Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering high level experiences.
– Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
– Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations.
