Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Barista role based in Sharjah. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. The role requires friendly customer service interactions, efficient handling of service tasks, and contributing to the overall welcoming atmosphere of the café.

Qualifications

Strong Barista skills, including coffee preparation and knowledge of different brewing techniques
Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a positive guest experience
Strong Interpersonal Skills to work effectively as part of a team and build connections with customers
Experience or knowledge in Food Preparation is an advantage
Attention to detail, punctuality, and commitment to high standards
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Prior experience in a café or F&B environment is a plus
