Apt Resources a leading international recruitment agency is seeking a talented and dedicated Barista to join the team of one of their clients that have a speciality coffee shop. We are passionate about serving high-quality coffee and providing excellent customer service. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages following recipes and customer preferences
Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including the coffee preparation area and equipment
Stock and replenish coffee beans, dairy products, and other supplies as needed
Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
Adhere to health and safety guidelines
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Requirements
Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art
Passion for coffee and high-quality beverages
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
