The ideal candidate of Accounting Manager position will be responsible to below, but not limited to:
Responsibilities
1) Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting departments of the group including:
– month and end-year process,
– Accounts payable/receivable/bank statements/petty cash
– General ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury,
– Budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis,
– Capital assets reconciliations.
– Trust account statement reconciliations, Check runs.
– Fixed asset activity
– Debt activity
2) Monitor and analyses accounting data and produce periodic financial reports or statements for management as MIS report.
– Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
– Coordination with auditor and providing information in order to complete annual audit.
– Provide financial recommendation to top management.
– Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
– Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
– Meet financial accounting objectives.
– Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
– Closing the accounts at the end of fiscal year.
– Control and manage on issuing of PI & CI and other sales & purchase document.
– Preparing & Filing VAT, Corporate Tax
– Preparing & Filing UBO, ESR & any other FTA instruction.
– Preparing analytical reports on bank facilities and mortgage loans.
– Presenting periodical MIS reports; financial statements including cash flow statement of the entire group.
3) Accounts finalization, audit compliance and liaison with external auditors
– Supervise inter-company reconciliation.
– Co-ordination with banks, updating KYC, FATCA, CRS and other bank forms for all day-to-day matters.
– Other tasks as required by the management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years’ working in marketing/brand management
Excellent written and verbal communication, Excel.
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of all Tally software
