Salary Range : AED 3000 – AED 4000 per month.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
· Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
· Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
· Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying discrepancies or issues that require attention.
· Assist in month-end and year-end reports and closing procedures.
· Prepare bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of bank transactions.
· Support the finance team in all finance-related activities.
· Responsible for executing tasks assigned by the manager or senior accountant.
· Handle petty cash transactions and maintain proper documentation.
· Assist with tax filings and compliance requirements.
· Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support as needed.
· Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance department.
· Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations and standards.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE as an Accountant.
· Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks/Tally) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
· Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Knowledge of UAE accounting regulations and tax laws is preferred.
· Prior experience in the luxury car rental industry is a plus.
· Professional certification in accounting and finance is an advantage.
