The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and brand-aligned marketing materials that enhance the hotel’s luxury image, drive guest engagement, and support business objectives. This role involves developing creative designs for digital and print media, ensuring all communications reflect the hotel’s brand standards and exceptional guest experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Creative Design & Branding
Develop and maintain the hotel’s visual identity across all marketing and communication channels.
Design creative assets for advertising campaigns, promotions, events, and seasonal initiatives.
Ensure brand consistency across all guest-facing materials and marketing collateral.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce high-quality visual content aligned with business goals.
Digital Marketing Support
Create graphics for social media platforms, website banners, email marketing campaigns, and digital advertisements.
Design engaging content for hotel promotions, restaurant offerings, spa packages, events, and special occasions.
Support content creation initiatives through image editing, retouching, and creative enhancements.
Print & Collateral Design
Design brochures, flyers, menus, posters, tent cards, signage, guest directories, and event materials.
Prepare artwork for printing and coordinate with external vendors when required.
Ensure all printed materials meet luxury hospitality standards and brand guidelines.
Photography & Content Management
Assist in photo selection, editing, and retouching for marketing campaigns.
Maintain an organized digital asset library of images, templates, and brand materials.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and agencies during content creation projects.
Design
Support
Collaboration & Project Management
Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Revenue, F&B, and Events teams to understand design requirements.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Stay current with design trends, hospitality branding practices, and emerging creative technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, hotels, resorts, or lifestyle brands.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom).
Strong typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
