Musical Theatre Teacher Required in Dubai
DRAMA SCENE Performing Arts was established in 2008 and offers both group & private tuition to children and teens across performing arts disciplines such as Acting, Musical Theatre & Public Speaking. Classes are taught in our custom built studios in Umm Suqeim, Dubai as well as in schools and other locations in and around Dubai and Abu Dhabi. DRAMA SCENE is a Private LAMDA (London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art) Centre in the Middle East offering both in person and online examinations. DRAMA SCENE further offers professional corporate training & bespoke presentation skills workshops to executives & leadership teams.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Musical Theatre Teacher. The role involves leading musical theatre & acting classes, preparing students for exams & recitals, directing performances & productions, lesson planning & curriculum development and providing feedback to students & parents.
Qualifications
Experience in musical theatre performance and teaching
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self starter with strong organisational skills
Able to collaborate with others
Ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels
Knowledge of different musical theatre styles and productions
Degree in Performing Arts, Musical Theatre, or related field is a plus
Drivers license is preferable
