Tax Consultant Required in Dubai

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Designing and implementing tax-efficient corporate structures for international clients entering the UAE market
Advising on the UAE Corporate Tax regime, including registration, exemptions and filing requirements
Managing Double Taxation Treaties (DTA) and cross-border tax issues between the UAE and the DACH/Nordic regions
Providing guidance on UAE Corporate Tax and UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) implications for local and international service provisions
Supporting M&A projects from a tax perspective and advising on private wealth and asset protection

YOUR PROFILE

Degree in Economics, Law or Finance with a focus on Tax; ideally a certified Tax Advisor or equivalent qualification
Deep understanding of international tax standards (OECD/BEPS) and the willingness to master the specificities of UAE Tax Law
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus, e.g., German, Russian, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian)
Ability to deconstruct complex fiscal problems into clear, actionable advice for urban, educated entrepreneurs
