Junior Accountant Required in Dubai 

Royal Joinery has its own dedicated workshop to assist clients on high-profile projects that require international expertise and a degree of workmanship that eliminates the need to source subcontractors and third-party furniture suppliers. Our primary focus is on carpentry and woodwork specialties across various projects and sectors through the delivery of sophisticated, qualified experts in their field, along with innovative techniques and equipment.

We are currently seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team and support the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting management with reliable financial data to drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and general ledger activities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE financial regulations
Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audit processes
Maintain and improve accounting systems and internal controls

Location: ICAD 1, Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.

Job requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in construction, fit-out, or joinery industry
Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE financial regulations
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
