IT Support Required in Dubai
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting problems and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support for software, hardware, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
Respond promptly to service requests via phone, email, or in-person.
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving issues quickly.
Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions using helpdesk tools.
Perform regular maintenance, updates, and system backups.
Support users with account setup, access permissions, and password resets.
Ensure all IT policies and security procedures are followed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT support or technical helpdesk roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, networking, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote desktop tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
