The Real Estate Agent is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. This role requires strong sales skills, market knowledge, and excellent customer service to guide clients through the real estate process and achieve successful transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
Conduct market research and stay updated on real estate trends.
Advertise and promote property listings through online platforms, social media, and networking.
Arrange and conduct property showings and open houses.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms between buyers and sellers.
Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts and agreements.
Guide clients through legal and financial aspects of property transactions.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, property developers, and industry professionals.
Meet sales targets and work towards business growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is a plus).
A valid real estate license (if required by local regulations).
Previous experience in sales, real estate, or customer service is an advantage.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
