HR Generalist Required in Dubai
We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our bright HR Administartion team.
Responsibilities
Payroll
Responsible for providing accurate updates on employee files, bonus/incentive pay, vacation/sick pay, expense reimbursements and benefits changes
Coordinate with finance and other departments to ensure smooth payroll processing
Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Employee Relations
Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance
Oversee accurate and confidential HR records, ensuring data integrity
Drafting contracts and ensuring timely signatures where applicable.
Provide departing employees with necessary information and support regarding their departure, including details stated on their contracts
Working with the Govt Relations Officer to ensure visas are cancelled as per the termination of contract clause.
Prepare requested documents as requested included buy not limited to salary certificates, travel NOCs etc.
Insurance
Coordinating with insurance broker to ensure
new legal entities are covered under the Insurance Policy
employees and their dependents are all insured upon their joining
Miscellaneous
Coordinate with various stakeholders including but not limited to C&B, HRBPs, Legal etc for creation and/or distribution of relevant information
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
Requirements and skills
Basic knowledge of labor legislation
Great attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal abilities
Aptitude in problem-solving
Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
