We are looking for an experienced Warranty Officer to join the IIQAF team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring the warranty processes from end to end. This will involve ensuring accurate data is maintained, resolving customer queries and providing a high standard of customer service.
As the Warranty Officer you will work closely with customers, suppliers and senior management to ensure the smooth running of warranty processes. You will help to improve business processes and provide training to internal staff on warranty procedures.
The successful candidate for this position will have an in-depth knowledge of customer support and warranty administration, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Monitors and tracks day-to-day activities involving all aspects of the warranty administration, such as customer queries, review of warranty documentation, issue resolution, etc.
Identifies and resolves potential warranty and customer service issues through collaboration with team members.
Collaborates with internal departments to determine how best to manage warranty claims and disputes.
Investigates customer claims related to warranty on products and works with customers and suppliers to resolve them.
Maintains accurate records of all customer service interactions, warranty claims, and follow up reports.
Provide training and support to internal staff related to warranty and customer service processes.
Ensures that customer service is timely, efficient, and effective.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service and warranty administration.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a timely manner.
Knowledge and proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite and databases.
