Responsibilities
Provides excellent customer service
Greet the customer with a warm smile and friendly manner.
Serve the customers in accordance to the CPG’s standard operating procedures.
Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies).
Properly up-sell products to our customer at all times
Handle customer complaints by following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring customers satisfaction.
Perform opening and closing procedures established for the place of work as assigned.
Comply with the company health and safety policies and procedures.
Work in a team spirit by assisting and supporting your colleagues.
Qualifications
Preferably High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferring Mandarin Speakers
At least with 2 years’ experience in the Hospitality field.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pro-active and energetic with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
Ability to multi-task with prioritization skills
