Waiter Required in Dubai
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Hotel Staff member to join our hospitality team. This role involves assisting in daily hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming and positive environment for all visitors.
Responsibility:
Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner.
Provide menu recommendations based on guests’ preferences and answer any questions about the menu.
Accurately take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
Ensure any special requests or dietary restrictions are communicated.
Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
Regularly check on guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and service.
Clear used plates, utensils, and glasses, and reset tables for the next guests.
Ensure the dining area is clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter, server, or in a similar customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory.
Experience in handling POS systems and managing cash or credit card transactions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests professionally.
Good memory and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for billing and payment processing.
Polite, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
Patience and ability to handle demanding or difficult customers.
Team player with a positive attitude.
