Position Overview:We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Accountant cum Executive Assistant. This position combines the responsibilities of a competent accountant with the ability to provide executive-level support to our management team. The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or hold professional certifications such as ACCA/ CA/ CMA. A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required. Additionally, proficiency in both English and Arabic languages is essential for effective communication with our diverse team and clients. The salary for this position ranges from 4500 to 6000 AED per month, commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:Accounting and Financial Management:Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts.Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and budgets to ensure compliance with established accounting standards and regulations.Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and support business decision-making processes.Budgeting and Forecasting:Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and monitor budgets for projects and organizational operations.Assist in financial forecasting and planning to ensure efficient resource allocation and financial stability.Executive Support:Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel arrangements.Draft and proofread business correspondence, presentations, and reports, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.Act as a point of contact between executives, employees, and external partners.Communication and Language Skills:Communicate effectively in both English and Arabic, both in written and verbal form, to facilitate smooth communication with team members, clients, and partners.Translate documents and provide language support as needed.Compliance and Audit:Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.Assist in preparing for audits and support audit activities as required.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or equivalent professional certification such as ACCA/ CA/ CMA is mandatory.Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management roles.Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is essential.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
