Roles & Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: record new inventory, ensuring all associated documentation complies with company policy.
Document Verification Ensure that documents are received in a timely manner, verify that they are accurate, and post them to the appropriate accounts in accordance with the policies of the company.
Financial Data Entry: Record all Sales and Purchases, payables, and Receivables in QuickBooks. Post and record all deposits in QuickBooks, including PDC and Cash.
Payroll Assistance: Provide pivotal support in calculating and processing company payroll.
Reporting: Understand the operational aspects of the business to generate accurate ad-hoc reports. Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and additional ad-hoc reports for management.
Tax Management: Assist in preparing the VAT report and ensure timely submission to the FTA.
Banking and Finance: Regularly update the cheque collection records, especially for sales made through bank financing. Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements.
ERP Management: Assist in the transition by ensuring smooth data transfer from the current software system to the newly implemented ERP.
Document Preparation: Prepare various financial documents, including Purchase and Sales Quotations, Pro forma Invoices, Tax Invoices, Receipt Vouchers, Payment Vouchers, Debit Notes, Credit Notes, Sale Agreements, and Purchase Agreements.
ACCOUNT RECONCILIATION:Assist in reconciling accounts payable and receivable. Compliance and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Financial Management: Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents, Manage accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and payments as necessary.
Audit Support: Assist with Internal, External, and FTA Audits, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Educational Qualifications: Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting & Finance. Additional professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or ACCA will be considered an advantage.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office and experience or familiarity with ERPs, notably QuickBooks, and Tally.
Knowledge: A robust understanding of IFRS and established accounting processes is essential.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accountant’s role in the UAE.
Skills & Abilities: Attention to detail, communication, analytical skills, and teamwork.
Work Schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a break from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Additional Preferences: Valid UAE License.

Salary: AED 3500-4500 (based on experience)
