Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Travel Coordinator at Geosec Cybersecurity Consultancy located in Dubai. As a Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. You will also handle visa applications and ensure compliance with travel policies and procedures. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
Prior experience as a Travel Coordinator or in a similar role.
Fluency in English ,Spanish(written and spoken); knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
Strong Knowledge of travel destinations, airline regulations, travel booking and systems .
Knowledge of visa application processes and travel regulations.
Organizing travels from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation and transportation.
Preparing a well detailed travel itinerary for the employees.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prepare well detailed monthly travel reports.
Higher diploma in Travel,tourism and hospitality management.
Requirements
3+ years’ work experience in related field.
Must speak Spanish,English,Arabic.
