Role Description:
We are searching for an experienced, customer-focused telesales professional to use inbound and outbound phone calls to meet sales goals.
The telesales executive’s duties include cross-selling or up-selling our products whenever possible, answering incoming phone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, and keeping an accurate record of all calls made and received.
You should also be able to communicate with the relevant departments in order to handle client requirements.
To be effective as a telesales professional, you must be convincing and able to operate under pressure. Finally, a top-performing telesales executive should be able to adhere to sales scripts while also demonstrating great communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Calling current and prospective customers to urge them to buy the company’s products and services.
Keeping accurate records of consumer purchase orders.
All customer purchases will be processed accordingly.
Creating promising leads for the outside sales team to follow up on.
Customer account management entails ensuring that existing customers are satisfied with the company’s products and services.
Creating and maintaining strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
Using the company’s sales scripts to generate sales and respond to client rejections.
Developing in-depth knowledge of client products and services in order to give appropriate recommendations based on the needs and preferences of the customers.
Consistently meeting or exceeding daily and monthly call volume and sales targets.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous.
Proven experience working as a telesales executive.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to follow scripts.
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Fluent english speaking and writing is must.
