TELESALES EXECUTIVE – REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY
We are looking for a highly motivated, well-spoken, results-driven, and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our growing team in our Dubai HQ. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by connecting and building relationships with potential clients and promoting our real estate services. The right candidate will also conduct quality and assurance calls to existing clients and ultimately generate new business opportunities for our property consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure effective management of company customer data
· Qualify and identify potential leads for the sales team
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
· Follow up on leads and track progress to ensure the timely closure of deals
· Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for maximizing sales and revenue
· Stay up-to-date on industry trends to effectively communicate our services and value proposition
· Contribute to developing winning strategies for satisfactory outcomes
· Ensure existing and prospective clients are up-to-date with the latest real estate updates
· Connecting with landlords looking to sell or rent their properties in Dubai and obtain accurate documents
· Guide clients through all the essential matters: Inventory, payment plans, floor plans, marketing collateral
· Collaborate with other professionals in Sales to improve overall customer service
· Full-fill the minimum daily quota for required outbound calls
· Provide accurate, satisfactory answers to client’s queries and concerns
· Close collaboration with other departments, i.e., Sales & Admin, HR, Marketing, Finance & Operations
· Aim to exceed sales and performance targets set by the company
· Attend and participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions
Qualifications:
· Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion skills, and interpersonal skills
· Previous telesales experience is essential for this role
· Preferrable experience in Real Estate Telesales (Developer/Brokerage Companies)
· Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
· Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
· Positive and motivated attitude with a proven track record of success in sales
· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
· Proficient in script reading and delivery to convey accurate messages
· Skilled professional, well-versed in gauging assigned scripts

· Proficiency in English (the Arabic language is an advantage)
