Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote the products/services.
– Introduce our company and offerings to prospects and provide them with relevant information.
– Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and address their inquiries and concerns effectively.
– Generate leads and follow up on warm leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role in sales or customer service.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
– Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Can speak Arabic is a must.
