Your Tasks
Consulting the Country HR Management on the project life cycle (ramp up/down & transfer projects)
Providing support and coaching to the HR organization in the business project related matters (e.g. training and/or coaching for HR Core Team Member in business projects)
Supporting HR implementation issues in different countries, especially coordinating HR-related deliverables for acquisition projects (taking on a role as HR Core Team Member in RFQ projects)
Enables the harmonization and consistency of HR practices, support of standardization and consistency of HR project contribution
Monitoring and steering the operational HR project performance together with the Country HR Management and all relevant stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement of HR Business Projects & Standards HR-LP & Stand Processes and Tools
Manages HR Best practices and ensures their effective deployment and further optimization
Your Skills
Degree in economics with a focus on human resources management or comparable university education
Several years of relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility, preferably in human resources management of an internationally operating company in the automotive supply industry
Extensive and demonstrably solid practical experience in project management or HR start-up management/crisis management
High degree of customer orientation, independence, flexibility, personal responsibility, confident appearance and communication skills as well as social and intercultural competence
Very good English and MS Office skills
