We are seeking a highly organized and motivated School Coordinator to join our educational team. The School Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our school by overseeing various administrative tasks and maintaining a positive and supportive school environment.
School Coordinator Responsibilities & Duties
Plan and coordinate school events, including but not limited to open house, parent-teacher conferences, and graduation ceremonies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student, staff, and school records
Communicate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure a collaborative and supportive school environment
Manage and reconcile the school budget and ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded
Supervise and provide guidance to administrative and support staff
Oversee school safety and emergency procedures and ensure that all staff and students are trained in these procedures.
