Roles and Responsibilities:
Understands customer needs and offers solutions and support.
Implements sales programs and ensures sales plan is met.
Researches potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
Develops various reports related to retail sales functions (periodical sales performance and metrics) and submits them to the retail sales manager.
Coordinates with the wholesales and the supply chain department to ensure the availability of stock in inventory.
Ensures that the stock is ordered from the supply chain department as per the defined policy for stock ordering on time.
Performs the incoming inspection of the received inventory at Kiosk to make sure that the received goods are free from defects.
Coordinates and schedules the presence of sales representative throughout the year and in all sale points.
Works, assists, and supervises sales representatives when closing sales to meet and exceed goals.
Arranges brand related trainings and awareness for all sales representatives.
Reviews and gives feedback to sales representative on their performance.
Participates in sales staff’s orientation and training.
Acts as a valuable source of information and feedback for the wholesalers providing them with crucial information related to the changes in the buying preferences of the customers, their experience with the usage of the products, feedback on the prices and quality of the products;
Performs other assignments as required from time to time by the management.

Qualification And Experience
Qualification:
A high school qualification or equivalent MUST.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
