Requirements:
· Preferably 1 year experience in real estate industry
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
· Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Must be fluent in English (Plus points with other languages)
· Fresher graduates are also encouraged to join our team
· MOFA attested educational certificates are required for visa processing
Note: This is a commission based role and there is no basic salary paid.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and find living spaces that fit this criteria. You will then negotiate rent and drive our buyers to close. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success.
