We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at Bendereign. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our events by onboarding sponsors and selling event tickets. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sponsorship Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure sponsorships for Bendereign events. Develop and maintain relationships with potential sponsors, understanding their needs and aligning them with our event offerings.
2. Ticket Sales: Drive ticket sales for Bendereign events through various channels, including online platforms, box offices, and partnerships with ticketing agencies.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and ticket buyers. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sponsorship and ticketing process.
4. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Continuously analyse market trends and competition to refine sales approaches.
5. Event Promotion: Collaborate with marketing and promotion teams to create effective campaigns and strategies that boost ticket sales and enhance sponsor visibility.
6. Negotiation: Negotiate sponsorship agreements and ticket sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both Bendereign and sponsors/attendees.
7. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and generate regular reports on sales performance, sponsorship acquisitions, and ticket sales trends.
8. Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your network and identify potential sponsors and partners.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
– Proven track record of 3-5 years in sales, with experience in sponsorship acquisition and ticket sales preferred.
– Strong negotiation and communication skills.
– Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
– Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
– Familiarity with the music and entertainment industry is a plus.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Enthusiastic, creative, and goal-driven personality.
