This is a full-time on-site Sales Specialist role and is open to UAE residents only. We’re seeking a qualified Sales Specialist to sell our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating sales of our prefabricated modular buildings. This includes but is not limited to:
Identifying business opportunities and evaluating their position in the industry
Researching and analyzing sales options
Developing and maintaining relationships with new clients
Negotiating and closing sales deals
Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks
Required skills and qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Prior experience in sales, real estate, construction or manufacturing industry
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other key stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills
Professional fluency in English, both oral and written
Proffesional fluency in Russian, both oral and written
Professional competence with the Microsoft Office suite
Possession of the valid UAE driving license and availability of a personal car
Preferred skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Knowdledge of architectural design software
Proven success in generating and closing sales deals
Renumeration
Upon successful completion of the recruitment and selection process the selected candidate(s) will be offered a monthly salary of 10,000 (ten thousand) UAE Dirham (AED) plus agreed sales commission. The above salary includes all expenses of the Sales Specialist related to the performance of the assigned duties and responsibilities (mobile phone plan, fuel for travelling within UAE, etc.).
