Our client, a leading exporter and distributor of dates around the globe, is seeking to hire a motivated and experienced Senior Sales professional to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding their customer base, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring consistency and build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion.

Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in a senior sales role in Dates field, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales principles and practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
7 years’ experience in Dates industry (exporting to other countries).
